Aceh Tsunami Museum is a museum to reminisce about the powerful tsunami that hit Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam on 26 December 2008 which claimed approximately 240,000 lives.
Aceh Tsunami Museum located at Jalan Sultan Iskandar Muda, side by side with the Dutch cemetery Kerkhoff, Banda Aceh. Aceh Tsunami Museum was established to commemorate the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake or ordinary people call the Earthquake Tsunami.

Since inaugurated a few days ago by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono tsunami museum in Aceh, located on the road T. Iskandar Muda communities visited Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar. Seen a few visitors are resting after seeing the museum facility.
